We’re now owners of Heidi’s Strudel! The stand you know, the recipes you love will continue to be served at festivals all year long by our friendly Island Expressions staff! Enjoy several flavors of Austrian Strudel and authentic German roasted nuts. We offer almonds, pecans, and cashews. These great products are also available for fundraising opportunities year round.

Our homemade pierogies come in several flavors. Enjoy Potato and Cheese, Bacon, Jalapeño, Sauerkraut, and Apple pierogies. Pick them up at markets and enjoy them at restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley.
