The country’s largest free music festival is right in downtown Bethlehem! Enjoy island smoothies served in a pineapple, snow cones, cheesecake on a stick, coconut shrimp, shrimp on a stick, chicken on a stick, crab pearl skewers, and other fried/grilled favorites. Look for one of our 3 Island Expression Stands (2 on North Side, 1 on South Side in the concert area), and also enjoy our new Heidi’s Strudel stand on North Side with authentic German strudel and roasted nuts.
